As a Hardware Engineer Lighting and Safety, you will lead the design and implementation of state-of-the-art lighting and safety systems for high-end yachts. You will translate client specifications and industry standards into tailored solutions that elevate both aesthetics and safety on board.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading the design of lighting and safety systems, including calculations and compliance with maritime regulations.
2. Coordinating system functionality and placement with clients and interior suppliers, ensuring seamless integration.
3. Managing projects within budget and timeline constraints.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
2. Several years of experience in hardware engineering in the maritime sector.
3. Strong project management skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
4. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
