Responsibilities- Act as the central liaison between internal and external customers and agencies to meet service objectives aligned with client and company goals.
- Handle monthly billing and profit and loss statements.
- Provide proactive and timely customer service, updating clients on shipment statuses and directing technical inquiries to appropriate team members.
- Process and review documentation for assigned accounts, ensuring compliant and timely transactions.
- Obtain necessary government releases and arrange deliveries while ensuring accurate invoicing.
- Execute various tasks to facilitate compliant release and timely delivery of shipments.
- Maintain customer profiles and prepare necessary communications.
- Monitor daily pre-alerts to track incoming freight and document receipt within specified standards.
- Experience in the industry.
- Supervisory experience of at least 1 year.
- FT available.
- It is highly preferred tot speak the Dutch language
