Store Manager full-time (f/m/x) Amsterdam

Your responsibilities:

• You will manage the store from a business perspective and lead the sales team to achieve the store's sales targets.
• As a fashion expert and representative of the Closed brand, you know the needs of our customers and offer high service and fashion advice.
• Lead, train and motivate your team, including onboarding new employees.
• Staff scheduling and vacation planning.
• Appealing presentation of the Closed collections on the sales floor.
• Carrying out operational tasks such as checkout procedures, inventory, deliveries, visual merchandising.

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in retail, preferably in the textile industry.
• Professional experience as a store manager/branch manager or a comparable position.
• Talent for leading and motivating a team.
• Distinct organizational talent.
• You constantly acquire the necessary merchandise knowledge and live the Closed brand.
• Fluent Dutch and good English skills.
