IT Programmamanager (interim/freelance)

For this international company in A'dam, we are looking for an experienced IT Program manager.

An international, fast paced environment, located in A'dam.

In this role, you will be responsible for;

• program management of a large-scale insourcing project;
• managing the full program lifecycle;
• reporting regularly to senior leadership on progress, risks, and mitigation actions;
• change management and training initiatives;
• stakeholdermanagement (incl. Adoption and engagement);
• processing/coordinating the integration of the management systems, data migration and process automation;
• adherence to IT governance, security, and data protection standards;
• managing project timelines, risks, and dependencies across cross-functional team;
• providing guidance and support to stakeholders.

We are looking for someone with;

• min. 10years of experience in IT project or program management, preferably within property management or similar sector;
• strong technical background with proven ability to bridge business and IT domains;
• demonstrated expertise in system integration, process design and stakeholder management;
• familiarity with property management systems and processes;
• ability to improve opportunities through analytical insight and domain knowledge;
• excellent communication, leadership and projectmanagement skills;
• fluent in English, German language skills are a big plus;
• willingness to travel to Germany occasionally.

A challenging assignment in an inspiring, international environment, with a minimum duration of 9 months. Hourly rate appr. EUR 100, excluding VAT.
