Working at Castle Craig Netherlands means working in a specialist team with dedicated colleagues. The various locations exude a family feeling, and the teams are (relatively) small and close-knit. You are part of a multidisciplinary treatment team and work under the substantive responsibility of the coordinating practitioner.
Naturally, developing expertise is of paramount importance. You will receive work guidance, intervision and supervision and paid training opportunities. The patients are discussed in the MDO every week. The lines of communication are short and due to the high professional competence of your colleagues, your work is focused on providing customized care. We regularly organize activities, including away days to improve, and we go out together twice a year.
What are you going to do?You draw up treatment plans and inform your patients about treatment options. You are jointly responsible for carrying out the individual outpatient addiction treatments and you are a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team. You also perform individual and group treatments for patients with psychiatric co-morbidity. You have an affinity with personality disorders and/or trauma. Those are the most common problems we treat, besides addiction. Anxiety, depression and other disorders also pass by.
You work under the substantive responsibility of the coordinating practitioner and, in the case of more serious co-morbidity, together with a GZ psychologist, clinical psychologist or psychiatrist.
What we ask- You have at least 5 years of work experience
- You have completed a degree in psychology (WO)
- Working on a LOGO statement
- A completed basic CGt and/or training in trauma and/or personality disorder is an advantage
- You have thorough knowledge of psychodiagnostics, psychopathology and evidence-based treatment methods. In particular, experience in treating personality problems
- We place high demands on expression skills, both written and oral and in Dutch and English
- You have a visible passion for your work
- You want to help people live addiction-free lives
- You have a no-nonsense mentality
- Understand that patients are sick and therefore need help
- Salary classification in accordance with the GGZ collective labor agreement (depending on experience FWG 60 € 4107 to € 5335 or higher)
- Collective Labor Agreement for Mental Health Care conditions such as pension accrual, an end-of-year bonus and a balance budget
- Working in a fantastic team of professionals
- Working visit to Castle Craig Hospital in Scotland, and/or Smarmore in Ireland
- Initially a temporary contract with the intention of extending it to permanent
