Good(s)factory is a young and dynamic Dutch company and part of the elho group. We design and produce in the Netherlands and supply innovative, sustainable, and customer-focused plant pots and garden-related products to major retailers across Europe. Our mission? Your role in the team

As a Technical DTP & Graphic Designer, you’ll be part of the Product Management team and report to the Senior Product Manager. You’ll work in a compact team of specialists that responds quickly to consumer and retailer needs. Good(s)factory is a lean & mean organization: cost-driven, flexible, and always focused on delivering maximum value to our customers.

We develop tailor-made concepts and private label products for discount channels and DIY chains across Europe. Together with our customers, we define the best assortment. Our core values? Entrepreneurial, flexible, self-starting, cost-conscious, dynamic, and fun.

What will you do?

You’ll be responsible for developing and adapting labels and packaging for our product range. You’ll collaborate with external agencies and printers, and internally with Product Management, Sales, Planning, and Purchasing. You are our go-to expert on country-specific legal requirements for labelling.

Your responsibilities:

• Create and finalize product labels (DTP work)

• Align label designs with customers and ensure legal compliance

• Develop tailor-made packaging and display cartons

• Lead optimization projects for palletization

• Maintain contact with printing companies and packaging suppliers

• Design brochures, new label concepts, and trade fair artwork

• Edit product and lifestyle images in Photoshop

What do you bring?

• MBO 4 or HBO level in packaging design or graphic design

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience

• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and technical Photoshop

• Strong technical artwork and DTP capabilities

• Availability for a minimum of 32 hours per week

• Excellent command of Dutch and English

• You are flexible, hands-on, organized, solution-oriented, and creative

• You enjoy working in an international team and thrive on variety
