About the role:The Development Lead is responsible for overseeing and guiding the teams that drive Project Management (NPI and LCM) and the engineering teams (Mechanics, Electronics, Software and test) >20 FTE. This role is a key role to ensure we continue to optimize our way of working (together) to ensure optimize the efficiency of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Continuous improvement with regards to processes in the triangle of R&D, Project and Product Management allowing us to further secure the scalability.
- Ensure clear scenario planning and risk mitigation to allow on-time delivery.
- Identify and develop strategic talent, and actively contribute to organization‑wide decision‑making and cultural development being part of the management team of Peblar.
- Build relationships, understand group dynamics and continue to foster a safe and inclusive working environment.
- Lead change with flair and directness to reach the full potential of Peblar.
- Ensure key projects are executed according to expectation, in time, within budget and properly aligned with involved stakeholders.
- Integrate an agile way of working for our software development.
