We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project management Intern to support the execution of key initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and governance. In this role, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assist in project planning, coordination, and delivery. You will gain hands‑on experience in process governance, technology operations, and IT project management while contributing to the development of streamlined business processes and operational procedures.

In this role you will:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project deliverables to ensure timely execution
• Support the development and documentation of operational procedures and process improvements
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and monitor project progress
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project status and performance metrics
• Contribute to process governance initiatives by ensuring compliance with established standards
• Identify opportunities for operational optimization and propose actionable recommendations
• Participate in meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items
• Assist in risk assessment and issue resolution during project execution
• Learn and apply best practices in Technology & IT Governance throughout project activities
• Gain practical experience in project management and process improvement

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management or a related field
• Basic understanding of project lifecycle, planning and delivery principles
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes and procedures clearly
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Proactive approach to identifying issues and suggesting solutions
• Experience with Copilot, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow is a plus
