At Youwe, we are seeking a skilled Data Analyst who is motivated by tackling advanced analytical challenges, bringing evidence-based recommendations to life, and enabling data-driven decision-making for our clients. • Support experienced colleagues and develop a growing command of analytical methods and tools;
• Work independently on end-to-end analyses and reporting, ensuring accuracy and clarity in insights;
• Drive and assist in running AB tests, validating data quality, and providing evidence-based optimizations;
• Focus on delivering (automated) analyses, insights and recommendations that unlock client opportunities to grow traffic, optimise conversions, boost performance and reduce costs;
• Experiment with automation and the intelligent use of AI to accelerate insights and refine analytical methods;
• Go beyond presenting data by engaging clients in meaningful conversations about opportunities, always backed by clear and actionable data insights.

• Enthusiastic, pragmatic, and a clear communicator, with a keen eye for uncovering insights and connecting data to business outcomes.;
• Comfortable collaborating across disciplines strategy, design, marketing, data, and tech, to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment;
• Comfortable working with data models, analytics tools, and visualisation platforms to turn data into clear insights;
• A team player, open-minded, and eager to deepen your expertise and share knowledge with others.

• 2-3 years of experience in a data-driven environment, ideally within an agency, consultancy, or organisation where decisions are guided by data and insights;
• Demonstrated experience with key data tools and platforms, including dashboard creation and visualisation (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.);
• Proven involvement in projects where data insights led to tangible business outcomes;
• Strong background in running experiments, interpreting results, and applying data-driven optimizations;
• Preferably experience or interest in automating insights with generative AI;
• Educational background: HBO/WO (BA, BSc/MSc) in Economics, Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science in Business or other related fields.
