We are looking for a Software Developer to strengthen our growing team in the Netherlands (hybrid working possible).

Your role

As our Software Developer, you will design, build, and deploy modern software solutions with a strong focus on AI-driven functionality. You will work on innovative use cases involving Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), automation workflows, and intelligent applications for both internal platforms and client-facing solutions.

You will collaborate closely with fellow developers, AI specialists, security experts, and consultants to turn ideas into reliable, scalable, and secure software. Depending on your experience, you will take ownership of technical decisions and help shape our AI development practices.

What will you do?

• Design, develop, and maintain modern software applications using technologies such as Python, Django, FastAPI, Node.js, TypeScript, and React
• Build and integrate AI and Generative AI solutions, including LLM-powered features and intelligent automation

Work hands-on with Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Prompt engineering and optimization
• Fine-tuning, embeddings, and inference optimization
• Integrating models from providers such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini
• Experimenting with open-source LLMs (e.g., Llama, Mistral, Falcon, Hugging Face)

• Develop AI workflows, agents, and automation using tools such as LangChain, Ollama, n8n, Dify, Power Automate, or Zapier
• Build and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and (where applicable) Kubernetes
• Collaborate in CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and peer reviews
• Contribute to internal innovation, tooling, best practices, and architectural decisions

What do you bring?

• A solid background in software development with modern programming languages and frameworks
• Hands‑on experience with AI / Generative AI / LLM-based solutions, or a strong ambition to deepen this expertise

Understanding of:

• Software architecture principles and design patterns
• API development and system integrations

• Experience with or interest in cloud platforms, containerization, and scalable deployments
• Awareness of security best practices in software development and data handling
• The ability to clearly document solutions and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

You are someone who:

• Enjoys experimenting with new technologies and pushing boundaries
