As a Senior Draftsman in the Shipbuilding Engineering department, you will play a key role in shaping the structural integrity of world-class yachts.
Tasks- Creating technical drawings for yacht construction based on initial design plans.
- Delivering detailed working drawings for the Production department.
- Drafting in 2D (AutoCAD), with potential growth into 3D drafting through in-house training.
- Supporting the technical realization process throughout the full yacht build cycle.
- Collaborating closely with an international team of engineers.
- Seeing your designs materialize directly in the production halls next door.
- EU citizenship is required for this position
- Higher Professional Education: BSc / MSc in Mechanical Engineering or relevant study
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Yacht / Shipbuilding industry
- Strong background in structural design within the shipbuilding sector
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; 2D experience required, 3D is a plus.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written
- Passion for luxury yachts and complex technical challenges
- Ambitious, communicative, detail-oriented, and team-minded
- Gross monthly salary between €4,000 and €5,000, depending on experience.
