Being an integral member of the Scrum team, you are responsible for designing and further developing the salesforce solution across FrieslandCampina businessgroups.
Your tasks involve both functional and technical aspects:
Functional- Translate business requirements into technical requirements and be a reliable partner for stakeholders - therefore you should demonstrate strong business acumen.
- Interact directly with stakeholders & cross?'functional teams as necessary to refine requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customised SF applications & integrations with our ERP system & interactions with other internal & client Salesforce instances.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, legal, finance, marketing, product development and operations, to ensure Salesforce functionality and performance supports internal need.
- Untangle complex pricing requirements (tiered models, custom models, units of measure, procedures, etc.) and define Salesforce?'based solutions to support them.
- Design data model, user interface, business logic, and security framework for both standard and custom Salesforce?'based applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Communities, Einstein, B2B Commerce Platform and Marketing Cloud).
- Application development, administration and deployment as well as management of Salesforce environments and their integrations with other platforms (e.g. SAP).
- Build Salesforce solutions leveraging Apex, LWC, Visualforce, process automation, etc.
- Build integrations with 3rd?'party applications leveraging Salesforce APIs.
- Work with Vendor partners and ensure Salesforce best practices and design principles are adhered.
