What to expect?There's never a dull moment when you join our finance team. On an average working day, you will be processing invoices and credit cards, making sure the finance mailbox is in order and acting as a point of contact for customers with administrative queries. As mentioned above, you will also be responsible for checking bank entries and debtor management.
Another important part of your job is to process and check subscription changes that we receive from our customers. We currently do this via Zendesk and Access, but we are in the process of implementing a new system for this this year.
What we're looking for- You are someone who naturally likes to keep things in order. You are independent, proactive, accurate and like to get things done.
- You know how to prioritise and are a good planner who keeps track of things.
- You can express yourself well orally and in writing in Dutch and make yourself understood in English.
- Experience with Exact Online and working in an SME environment is a plus.
