Performance Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join us in making the energy transition happen – maybe that’s you?

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll report directly to our Country Marketing Manager and play a key role in efficiently scaling Tibber’s paid growth in the Netherlands.

You’ll have ownership of our paid digital channels and a huge opportunity to optimise, experiment and scale campaigns in a rapidly growing market.

• Own and execute paid digital campaigns to drive Tibber’s growth
• Build, scale and optimise performance campaigns across Meta, Google etc.
• Collaborate with global Product, Data and Marketing stakeholders to optimise and report on customer conversion journeys
• Design and run hypothesis-driven experiments to reach and acquire relevant audiences
• Participate in bi-weekly creative sprints to generate high-performing assets
• Plan campaign set-ups, asset requirements and orchestration to drive strongest results
• Forecast, track and report on CAC:Payback and growth insights
• Find efficiencies and build out AI-driven processes to optimise your own workflows and campaign set-ups

• 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, specifically at a high-growth or digital-product led company
• Proven success managing and optimising large scale marketing campaigns across channels such as Meta, paid search and display advertising
• Strong, hands-on analytical skills, experienced at leveraging data to inform channel marketing strategy and driving business results
• Experimental mindset - always seeking new opportunities to drive growth in a measurable, meaningful way
• Strong project management skills - able to effectively manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Roll-up sleeves attitude - willing to take ownership of creating copy or assets if it helps to get an experiment live
• Native Dutch speaker, fluent in English
