We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie - Breakfast to join our culinary team at Pulitzer Amsterdam. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality breakfast dishes to our guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience that exceeds their expectations. Your schedule will be 5 days a week from 05:00 AM until around 14:00 PM.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talents in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What will you be doing?- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure timely and efficient breakfast service, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during breakfast service.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain freshness and quality.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workstation at all times.
- A morning person, as your shift will start at 05:00 AM.
- A passionate storyteller with a love for cooking.
- Brings a minimum of 1 year of culinary experience to the table.
- Flexible to work on weekdays and weekends.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and deliver consistent results.
Important note: your residence must be in Amsterdam. We apply a competitive salary for this position.
