Agency notice: Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Spanish speaking Payroll Specialist for Dow in Terneuzen.
Responsibilities- Deliver payroll, time & absence, and data management services
- Ensure accurate and timely payments to employees and authorities
- Maintain confidentiality and precision while handling sensitive payroll data
- Collaborate on strategic improvement and change projects within HR Solutions
- Oversee compliance processes, internal controls, and audit coordination
- Manage relationships with external payroll providers
- Support employees by resolving payroll-related queries within agreed timelines

You will work full-time, Monday to Friday, during regular office hours.
Qualifications- A bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Finance, or related field
- At least five years of payroll experience
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) because of job duties
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused and self-motivated mindset
- Familiarity with Workday, ServiceNow, ADP Streamline, and/or SAP
- Knowledge of additional European languages
- Experience in high-volume operational environments
- Background in audit participation or internal controls
- Face-to-face or online interview
