For our Topcon Training Centre located in Concordia Sulla Secchia (Modena - Italy) we are looking for an

Application Support Specialist (Internship)

Work Location: Concordia Sulla Secchia (Modena, Italy) - Topcon Training Centre

Job Type**: Full-time Internship (6 months) before or after degree with a possibility of extension or hiring based on performance.**

The Application Support Specialist will support our Training manager on site on activites related to the customer service operations.

In particular the candidate will be involved answering questions, contributing and serving as a support liaison between different company's departments and our customers.

Internship Purpose

The successful candidate will learn by doing all topics related to support specialist role in the training center and in particular:

• Supports with activities of customer and/or employee training in the operation of company solutions.
• Supports with planning and delivery of customer visits and demo
• Developing reports for teams across the business
• Train and guide new employees.

Education and requirements

The candidate should have a Dioloma in Survey/Civil/Construction or Engineering degree and/or Telecommunication/Precision Agriculture degree and want to start a career as Support Specialist on site based on his technical knowledge/competencies acquired during universities studies/programs

Other job requirements:

• Experience in a technical support role preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with trainers, trainees, and other stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Fluent in Italian and English required ; knowledge of other European languages is a plus

Working Conditions:

• Max 5% travelling EMEA wide
• Will be required climb on heavy equipment
• Flexible working opportunity based on activities on site
