The role of Senior Paid Search Specialist is central to this journey, as you will be responsible for driving measurable impact for some of the world's largest brands.

Lead strategic campaigns and deliver measurable impact

As a Senior Specialist, you will take ownership of complex client portfolios. You will lead the development and execution of strategies that solve challenging commercial problems using data and technology. We expect you to act as a lead strategist, ensuring our deliveries meet high standards of quality and impact.

Your concrete tasks will include

• Planning and executing advanced campaign structures across multiple markets
• Continuous optimisation and maintenance of campaigns to ensure performance targets are met
• Managing significant budgets and providing clear, fact-based recommendations to clients
• Leading client meetings and communicating complex insights in plain language
• Reporting on performance with a focus on business value and growth

Join our Amsterdam team

You will join our office in the heart of Amsterdam. Here, you will be part of a team of digital specialists across disciplines like SEO, Content, and Paid Social. We work closely together, sharing knowledge and insights to help each other progress. You will also be part of our international Paid Search community. This global team spans 11 offices, allowing you to collaborate with colleagues across cultures and learn from diverse perspectives.

With our office located in the heart of Amsterdam, you’ll have easy access to public transport and be surrounded by plenty of great spots for coffee and lunch!

Who we are looking for

While we don’t believe in rigid checklists, the following experience and expertise will set you up for success:

• 5+ years of deep, expert-level Paid Search knowledge (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, etc.)
• Proven experience as the lead strategist for big, complex, multi-market accounts
• Strong commercial skills—you're comfortable with new business pitching and client growth
• A strong growth mindset and a natural drive to get better every day, actively seeking out new knowledge and sharing your own
• Fluent in Dutch and English
