Your Job

VodafoneZiggo wants to lead the way in Meaningful Customer Dialogues, with always spot-on communication. For any specific customer at any specific time, consistent across all channels: outbound with e-mail, SMS, app notification, etc… inbound in the call centers, on our websites, etc. This is being achieved via our VodafoneZiggo GURU platform , which includes pega marketing , a data-driven central decisioning tool, with a strong artificial intelligence component and state of the art marketing technology. The volume, speed and complexity of our Guru developments, using Pega Marketing, is rapidly increasing. To ensure that our implementations fully deliver to the business requirement and capitalize on the platform potential, we are looking for a data-driven individual with a passion for marketing to join our dynamic and diverse Marketing technology team!

Gross monthly salary of between € 3,902 and € 5,575 - with growth potential.

What you bring to the job

• Work closely with the different marketing teams to translate the business ideas and concepts into perfectly executed omni-channel 1:1 marketing campaigns.
• Design, develop, test and deploy the campaigns that will shape the different components of the platform, ensuring that they meet the requirements of functionality, quality and performance. 
• Keep our decision platform in perfect shape by setting up the 1:1 marketing campaigns in an efficient manner whilst adhering to the best practice guidelines. 
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs in the campaigns that you’ve setup and actively contribute to constant optimization of our technical setup by collaborating with other specialists. 
• Take joint ownership of the campaign results in collaboration with the marketeer. Provide hands-on expert advice to marketing teams on how they could further optimize their 1:1 communication.
• You are the expert on the multitude of datasets that are available to setup and optimize our 1:1 marketing campaigns 
• Contribute to the functional and technical documentation of GURU and the Martech landscape.

Your key assets 

• University or HBO degree with least 2-3 years of relevant work experience. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English . Fluency in Dutch(B2+) is strongly preferred. 
• Experience implementing and evolving marketing campaigns in any marketing platform is a must(preferably on a model driven marketing platform. Pega marketing, Salesforce, Adobe or Unica experience is a plus) 
• Experience using SQL and database foundations for data management is a must. 

You have an agile and collaborative mindset : It is essential to be flexible and adaptable, and being able to work well in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Martech teams rely on the collective efforts of all team members. So, being able to work well with others is critical for success.
