The position of Global Sustainability Data & Analytics Specialist sits in the Global Sustainability Department, a diverse team that helps each other to learn, grow, and develop. In this role, you will create opportunities for our business with data and technology and support in establishing a global insights template to drive sustainability transformation. We need you to be a knowledgeable professional and rely on your interpersonal skills as well as your drive to make things happen. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing data solutions together with your business stakeholders, including functional designs on data pipeline, data definitions, and visualization.
- Analyzing data and sharing insights on our Sustainability Agenda with business partners, seeking innovative ways to integrate and analyze data, and communicating insights in a user-friendly format for the target audience.
- Socializing the data agenda to ensure we are making an impact by establishing relationships with data owners in Business and IT, understanding available resources, flow of information, and ways to leverage information to deliver business value.

- An Analytics Translator or a hands-on business analyst with deep knowledge of one or more business domains.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, understanding of data models, and digital product management skills (entrepreneurship, product design, experimentation, backlog prioritization).
- At least 4 years of work experience in a combination of data, systems, and business roles, with a solid understanding of multiple source data and analytical platforms (such as SAP, MS Azure, PowerBI, AlteryX).
- Curiosity and determination are essential in this role.
