As a Junior Industry Process Consultant, you are responsible for implementing DELMIA Quintiq software and acting as an intermediary between the project and functional team. You will work with mid-sized to large international companies, all seeking advanced planning and scheduling (APS) solutions providing optimization capabilities. Customers are diverse, where you will be solving a variety of challenging KPI-based puzzles: logistical, manufacturing, or workforce planning puzzles.
Your profileThe ideal candidate should possess:
- Enthusiasm for solving challenging puzzles!
- A degree in Econometrics, Industrial Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or Mathematics.
- High abstraction and analytical capability to rapidly understand business processes and discover optimization potential.
- Able to traverse between customers (ranging from management to planners) and our developers when discussing, defining, and demonstrating our planning solutions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A desire to work in an international environment as part of one team: collaborating with international colleagues and customers, and closely working with our offshore development team.
- Affinity with the markets we conquer.
- A desire to learn about different business sectors such as air traffic control, meat processing, postal services, trucking, and many others.
- Flexibility and willingness to occasionally travel internationally.
Ticking one or more of the following boxes will be regarded as a pre-requisite:
- Experience as a Software Implementation Consultant.
- Experience with object-oriented modelling (UML).
- Experience as a Planner (S&OP, MPS, Workforce, Logistics) within our customers’ markets.
- Knowledge of APS or ERP solutions in our customers’ markets.
