Global Sustainability Data & Analytics Specialist

To start with, the position of Global Sustainability Data & Analytics Specialist sits comfortably in the Global Sustainability Department. Having this role, you will be asked toto create opportunities for our business with data and technology and support in establishing global insights template to drive sustainability Transformation. For this, we don’t just need you to be a knowledgeable professional but also strongly rely on your interpersonal skills as well as your drive to make things happen. With this said, we like you to take responsibility over the following tasks:

• You will design the data solution together with your business stakeholders. Functional Designs on data pipeline, data definitions and visualization will be your creative output. You will work with our tools and master the data and its context.
• Analyze data and share the insights on our Sustainability Agenda with the business partners. Hopefully you enjoy searching yourself for innovative ways to integrate and analyze data, communicate insights in a user-friendly format for the target audience.
• Finally, socialise data agenda to ensure we are making impact. You will need to establish relationships with data owners in Business and IT, to gain an understanding of available resources, flow of information and ways in which information can be leveraged to deliver business value.

• We are looking for an Analytics Translator, a hands-on business analyst, with an eye on creating impact that matters and with deep knowledge of one (or few) business domains.
•  If you combine it with strong stakeholder management skills and understanding of data models and how they can be realistically applied, and with Digital product management skills (entrepreneurship, product design, experimentation, backlog prioritization) that makes you stand out.
• Your at least 4 years’ work experience in a combination of data, systems and business roles will set you up for success in this new role. Solid understanding of multiple source data and analytical platforms (such as SAP, MS Azure, PowerBI, AlteryX) will help you in working closely with the technical teams and co-create the best possible value for our business with enabling technology.
