• Lead the development of a high-performing maintenance organization from the ground up, shaping processes and best practices for long-term success.
• Play a key role in the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, optimizing maintenance operations through digital transformation.

The Hiring Manager for the role is Sara Wennerström, Director of Application Management. As a leader, she values initiative, engagement, and a strong understanding of business processes and system support. She fosters an open and attentive leadership style, working closely with her team to set clear goals and achieve success together.

Your role & influence as Head of ERP & Logistics Applications

Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for leading and managing the Dynamics team to ensure that Microsoft Dynamics 365, AX 2012 R3, Dynamics CRM, and related applications such as Astro, Nshift, and Medius meet business requirements, remain scalable and secure, and provide a seamless user experience, while also driving innovation, collaborating across departments, and supporting the ongoing D365 implementation in the Nordics.

Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of the implementations of D365, ensuring the platform meets business needs and operates efficiently. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with several other colleagues from different business areas.

Core activities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 18 brilliant professionals in the roles of application specialists and developers.
• Optimize and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Drive key initiatives to improve and maintain the Dynamics platform and related applications.

This is what we imagine you bring

We envision you as a curious, collaborative, communicative, decisive and driven individual who brings min. 5 years of leadership experience in application management, excels in managing standard applications and complex vendor relationships, and has a strong background in ERP systems—preferably Microsoft products.

Additionally, it's important that:

• You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• You bring proven experience in both operative and strategic leadership.
• You are proficient in English; Dutch language skills are a plus but not mandatory for applicants from the Netherlands.
