Job DescriptionAs Teamlead Operations, you are responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of around 10 colleagues in planning, logistics, procurement, quality, and production. At the same time, you actively contribute to the technical side of our projects within Additive Manufacturing (3D metal printing). You combine leadership with hands‑on involvement: you focus on quality, delivery reliability, and collaboration, while also preparing work, preparing calculations, and technically guiding projects. With your overview and drive, you keep the team and the operation moving.
Your responsibilities also include:- Leading a team of ±10 employees within operations;
- Developing capacity and production schedules;
- Ensuring quality, safety, and delivery performance;
- Work preparation and process improvement within production and planning;
- Contributing to calculations, quotes, and project guidance;
- Thinking about the growth and professionalization of our Additive Manufacturing organization.
- HBO level of education and thinking.
- Experience in a similar role within a technical and/or high-tech production environment.
- Experience with supplier management and technical project management.
- Knowledge of maintenance plans, building management, and safety regulations.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, organizing work style.
