Analyst Interest Rate Risk Management

ABN AMRO is seeking an Analyst for their Interest Rate Risk Management team. The successful candidate will actively monitor, steer, and plan the Bank's interest rate risk position, while providing insights and advice to (senior) management. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Actively monitor, steer, and plan the interest rate risk position, staying abreast of relevant developments in the business, financial markets, and regulations.
• Set the Risk Appetite of the bank.
• Provide insights into the expected future Net Interest Income of the bank.
• Conduct strategic deep dives into the balance sheet.
• Engage with Business, Risk, and Finance stakeholders.
• Provide advice to (senior) management, including ALCO, Executive Board, and Supervisory Board.

This role requires you to have:

• Academic education level in economics, econometrics, mathematics or a comparable field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with larger datasets.
• Minimum two years of experience in Finance or Risk.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
• Organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with different stakeholders to coordinate deliverables.
• Team player, proactive, and result-oriented.
