The JDE Direct-to-Consumer E-commerce department is a startup within the larger JDE corporate. We are a young and eager team of digital experts responsible for developing the global e-commerce activities for JDE brands via the e-commerce channels: Online groceries, Pureplay, Marketplaces, and Direct-to-consumer (DTC). Our pledge to consumers is to provide the best customer journey while ensuring eCommerce to be a sustainable & highly profitable channel within our route to market mix. Within this Global eCommerce team, we are organized in scrum teams to deliver in the most effective and efficient way. The Global CRM & Content specialist is responsible for turning our consumers into fans and engaging them in our world of L’OR via the CRM channel. You will play a pivotal role in JDE eCommerce journey.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Campaigning: Create promotional calendar for CRM and content.
- Coordination with content specialist and CRM specialist to create the briefing of the campaign. Working closely together with external agencies and local markets for feedback. Set up the campaign journeys in the CRM tool (Salesforce). Analyse and report on the campaign performance.
- Test & Learn: A/B testing: Create test strategy, execute & follow up with relevant insights to continuously improve the campaigns. Close collaboration with the Consumer Experience Optimisation team (CXO) in setting up and executing on-site tests.
- Content optimization: revision of current contents (key smaller projects): drinks and machines PDPs alignment, definition of a stickers strategy, operational support with the homepage optimization for mobile.
- Stakeholder management: Engage local markets in delivering their respective business targets and making sure they are aligned with the CRM and content strategy.

This is what you bring to the table:
- Data-driven & result-focused mindset.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Digital and/or eCommerce environment.
- Experience in working in an agile environment would be ideal OR interested and eager to learn.
- Experience in effective collaboration and excellent stakeholder management skills so you know how to use that when interacting with different hierarchical levels and quickly can adapt to changing business processes.
- Comfortable working with Salesforce and Power BI.
- Fluent English both verbally and written, French and/or German is a plus.
- Experience in email HTML and audience queries is a plus.
- Experience in working in an international and fast-paced environment is a plus.
