Working as a Bid Manager/Proposal Manager at GXO Logistics – Eindhoven

In this role, you are based at our HQ in Eindhoven (hybrid role) and report directly to the Bid Manager Belgium & the Netherlands.

Responsibilities:
- Translating sales requirements and understanding internal needs to help frame a solution that meets all expectations of the customer’s requirements as set out in their RFI / RFQ.
- Partnering with business stakeholders, business development managers, and engineers to identify, refine, and document detailed business needs and proposals during the Sales Process.
- Develop innovative and engaging content for the proposals.
- Developing sales initiatives and strategies aligned with the company's differentiated value proposition and full scope of services.
- Being responsible for encouraging success in sales initiatives and sharing best practices for all “focus” accounts within the BeNe region.
- Participating in sales meetings, operational meetings, customer site visits, and industry-based meetings.

What makes you the ideal Bid Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Sales, Bid, or Proposal management experience (this can also be during an internship).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in at least Dutch & English.
- Experience with a CRM system – Salesforce is a big plus.
- Self-disciplined to meet internal and external deadlines.
- Ability to monitor and uphold high quality of service to clients (internal and external).
