What you'll do
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and cost analyses.
- Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecasting processes.
- Monitor CAPEX projects and ensure clear project reporting.
- Identify risks and opportunities - and turn them into actionable steps.
- Be a trusted advisor for colleagues on accounting matters.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to business continuity.
You'll work closely with two teams: Plant Finance and Controllers, acting as a financial sparring partner and facilitator for the management team.
The Successful ApplicantWhat makes you successful here
- Education: Bachelor or Associate degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or similar.
- Experience: 0-3 years in a financial or controlling role (ideal for ambitious juniors!).
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset, structured, pragmatic, and comfortable with data.
- Tools: Experience with SAP, Business Objects, or similar systems is a plus.
- Languages: English required; Dutch is a big advantage (or willingness to learn).
