Role OverviewAs a Senior Process Improvement Engineer, you will be part of the Operations Excellence team, responsible for optimizing process performance across labeling and packaging lines. You will drive data-driven improvements, support strategic initiatives, and collaborate across departments in a GMP-regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze process performance and trends
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives
- Apply Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
- Support business cases for new lines and capacity growth
- Guide decision-making through advanced data analysis
- Train and support change leaders on the shopfloor
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience in GMP / regulated manufacturing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Lean / Six Sigma experience
- Fluent in English
- Pharma or biotech background
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Project leadership experience
