What are you going to do?As Marketing Director EMEA, you will be the key driver of the regional marketing strategy, building on global initiatives and tailoring them to EMEA's unique needs. You will lead portfolio, brand, and innovation strategies, partner with global teams, and ensure excellence in execution across diverse markets. This is a leadership role where you will co-create the overall business strategy and deliver measurable impact.
What does your job contain?- Develop, lead, and manage the marketing strategy from ATL to BTL.
- Craft long-term strategic marketing plans and go-to-market tactics (direct and digital).
- Build portfolio strategies leveraging sales feedback, financial analysis, and market insights.
- Partner with global marketing and R&D to drive innovation and new product development.
- Create and execute product launch plans in collaboration with sales teams.
- Set and monitor KPIs (sales, profit, market share, equity, NPS) to measure success.
- Utilize research and data analysis to inform targeting and messaging.
- Standardize strategies across EMEA while customizing for individual markets as needed.
- Build strong capabilities with distribution partners and customers to increase efficiency.
- Develop frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness and design testing strategies.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, supporting their long-term growth.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in marketing within an international, brand-centric organization (FMCG, food, or pharma).
- Proven success in devising strategies and implementing tactics to drive results.
- Experience with R&D/innovation agendas and portfolio strategy development.
- Strong understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performance teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- High energy, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
