Senior Planner - Construction Life Sciences

In this role, you will:

• Build project schedules covering the full project scope, milestones, and timelines using critical path methodology.
• Define clear responsibilities and ownership for all project outcomes via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Ensure schedules align with the project execution plan, including contracting, procurement, and project control strategies.
• Establish baselining methods for schedules and manage periodic updates.
• Manage the fully integrated project schedule, structuring it for review at various levels of detail.
• Negotiate and mediate timelines and interdependencies between key partners to achieve excellent client outcomes.
• Provide regular updates on schedule progress.
• Review external schedules to ensure adherence to scheduling best practices.

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Have developed your planning and scheduling skills.
• Have experience with quantitative risk assessment (QRA) and can interpret and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Have experience using Primavera P6 planning software to develop schedules.
• Hold a degree or equivalent experience in project management or construction.
• Are detail-oriented and focused on quality.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment where you can manage your priorities and deadlines.
