As our Commercial Intelligence Analyst you´ll create and maintain a systematic intelligence process to capture and share market and competitor insights, while also implementing KPI dashboards and delivering in-depth commercial analysis. This role ensures that the commercial team operates with accurate, timely, and actionable information to drive strategic decisions.
What You’ll Do Commercial Intelligence- Establish a structured information flow to capture market developments and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain detailed competitor analysis per product line, updating regularly.
- Create a collaborative framework for the commercial team to contribute insights and share relevant knowledge.
- Prepare periodic intelligence reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Analyze market trends and identify emerging opportunities or risks.
- Support strategic projects, including new market entry, partnerships, and M&A related initiatives.
- Implement KPI dashboards to monitor commercial team performance, linked to team and individual targets.
- Develop reporting cycles for consistent and accurate data delivery.
- Conduct detailed analysis of commercial data on an ad‑hoc basis for the management team.
- Work closely with adjacent teams to align reporting and intelligence outputs with business priorities.
- Ensure tools and processes are user-friendly and scalable across the organization.
- Master’s degree in relevant field.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities; experience in KPI dashboarding is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in commercial strategy, business intelligence, or consulting.
- Familiarity with market research and competitor analysis methodologies.
- Proven ability to design and implement structured processes for data and intelligence flow.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with BI tools, SQL CRM systems is a plus.
- Self-driven, structured, and comfortable in a high-growth scale‑up environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies.
