Role Purpose
Accelerate supply chain transformation across the EAST region by partnering with country teams to optimize inventory, strengthen risk management, advance process maturity through Log.OS adoption, and champion data-driven decision making—delivering measurable efficiency, resilience, and transparency at scale.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive inventory efficiency by implementing optimal stock policies, zero-based inventory, and best-in-class planning practices.
- Lead initiatives to reduce supply chain losses, focusing on waste reduction and cost optimization.
- Promote process maturity by driving Log.OS platform adoption and standardizing processes and capabilities across sites.
- Develop and deploy standardized reporting tools to enhance supply chain performance visibility in East Emerging Markets.
- Lead end-to-end transformation projects, ensuring alignment and effective execution with country supply chain teams.
- Monitor KPIs, track progress, and communicate outcomes to senior leadership.
- Identify capability and resource gaps, proposing actionable solutions to accelerate transformation.
Key Deliverables/ Success Measures:
- Inventory reduction achieved in line with EAST Glidepath targets.
- Supply chain losses and waste decreased in accordance with strategic plan; cost optimization initiatives executed and tracked.
- Log.OS process maturity milestones delivered as committed and aligned with global standards.
- Standardized reporting tools and performance dashboards deployed and actively used by all country teams.
- Capability gaps identified and closed; country teams equipped to execute transformation/CI initiatives independently.
- Measurable improvements realized in inventory turns, case fill rate, and supply loss reduction metrics.
- High engagement and sustained adoption of transformation programs, tools, and best practices across the region.
Expected Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, economics, engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Supply Chain in FMCG of which minimum 2 years in supply planning & inventory management.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement governance, tools, and frameworks.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills across cultures and organizational layers.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability. Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
