Key Responsibilities:
- Lead 24/7 data center operations to ensure uninterrupted uptime and strict adherence to SLA requirements.
- Manage site installations and oversee the integration of complex systems, collaborating with design and construction teams.
- Supervise power circuit deployments and customer installations while ensuring optimal performance.
- Conduct audits and manage compliance with operational standards and health & safety regulations.
- Lead and document preventive and corrective maintenance, overseeing all activities.
Skills/Must have:
- 5+ years of experience in critical environments (e.g., data centers, industrial sectors).
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO) or equivalent experience.
- Advanced HVAC or critical power certifications (or equivalent experience).
- Proven leadership and experience in troubleshooting and system optimization.
- Willingness to travel (10-25%) and supervise site activities.
- Right to work in the Netherlands.
