Maintenance Planning Specialist

We are looking for a talented Maintenance Planning Specialist to play a key role in ensuring our maintenance operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for turning work requests into actionable plans, coordinating schedules, and driving continuous improvement — all while working within a supportive and safety-focused team.

• Create and communicate precise maintenance schedules that keep operations on track.
• Transform work requests into detailed work packages, including Notifications and Preventive Maintenance tasks.
• Maximize resource utilization to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance execution.
• Lead planning meetings, collaborating closely with Maintenance, Operations, and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as schedule adherence and resource utilization to ensure performance excellence.
• Perform quality checks on work packages within SAP, safeguarding high standards.
• Track backlog and unplanned work, delivering insightful reports to support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement innovative improvements that enhance efficiency.

• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance planning or scheduling, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Primavera, SAP PM, and Prometheus.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus, but not essential.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• A proactive personality with a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving.
