Your roleYou will be an important member of our growing Finance team, contributing to a wide range of financial activities and ensuring support to the smooth operation of our day‑to‑day processes, helping to maintain accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across the department.
Working side by side with our Financial & Control Specialist, while supporting our Financial Controller and CFO, you’ll gain hands‑on exposure to every corner of finance in a fast‑moving scale‑up. On top of that, you’ll have the chance to collaborate across all teams in our 120‑person organization, making a real impact and shaping how we grow.
You’ll make an impact byTaking full ownership of organizing incoming invoices.
Preparing and executing payments with accuracy and speed.
Reconciliation of accounts and statements to keep our numbers sharp.
Driving smooth order processing and handling purchasing order (PO) task
Serving as the go‑to person for all payment‑related questions
Managing all financial incoming enquiries and invoices proactively
Keeping our records clean and up to date through diligent filing
Supporting the team with agile, day‑to‑day administrative tasks
1–3 years of hands‑on experience in finance, accounting, or related administration. MS Dynamics is a big plus!
Fluent in English, spoken and written, with basic Dutch skills (A2).
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Proactive, flexible, and driven by a can‑do attitude.
Thrives in a start‑up/scale‑up, fast‑paced, international environment and able to multitask effectively.
Based within commuting distance to our HQ in Amsterdam.
