Head of Supply Utrecht, The Netherlands

At SnappCar we're looking for a Head of Supply to join our team.

As Head of Supply at SnappCar your objective is to build a reliable supply of active cars on our platform that is easily accessible for our users.

You are a creative and strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a passion for sustainable urban mobility. You have the ability to lead and inspire teams, manage complex supply operations, and drive significant business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Together with your team of 5 – 10 people you develop and execute strategies to attract both individual car owners and entrepreneurial SnappPartners. Provide them with a seamless onboarding process, excellent support and develop programs to engage and retain existing car owners, enhancing their satisfaction and loyalty.

These are some of the topics you will be responsible for:

1. Develop and implement strategies to attract new car owners and SnappPartners to the SnappCar platform;
2. Streamline the onboarding process for new car owners, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience;
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with car owners, providing them with the support and resources needed to succeed on the platform;
4. Support entrepreneurial owners (SnappPartners) who operate multiple cars, helping them maximize their contribution margin and grow their small businesses;
5. Oversee the deployment and maintenance of keyless access technology, ensuring it meets the needs of our car owners and renters.

With over 5+ years of senior operations leadership experience (preferably in a tech startup or scale-up environment), you have demonstrated success in supply acquisition, user activation, and retention. Your entrepreneurial mindset and creativity enables you to identify opportunities and innovative solutions, incorporating them into both strategy and daily operations.

You possess strong financial and data management skills, with experience in budget planning and financial reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, car owners, and other stakeholders.

Additionally, experience with keyless access technology, car sharing, and the broader sharing economy or mobility space are a bonus to have.
