Who we are

Cefetra Dairy, part of the Cefetra Group, is a newly launched and fast growing dairy trading company. Operating from the “Jamfabriek’ in Den Bosch, we focus on a wide range of dairy products on a global scale. With ambitious plans for the future we have opened branch offices in Singapore and Dubai and are looking for further international growth. Our extensive experience and international network enable us to respond immediately to major developments and trends in the market.

Your role

As a Business Controller, you will be the financial sparring partner for the business and have an advisory role within the organisation to help drive the continued growth of Cefetra Dairy. You will provide valuable, actionable and forward-looking information and advice to optimise business performance and support (strategic) decisions. The growth of Cefetra Dairy also allows you to grow in a more international context in the future. As Business controller you will have a global scope overseeing the global activities of Cefetra Dairy. The finance team consists of six members and you will report to the Finance Director, Roland Tjoeng.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Prepare and monitor budgets and financial forecasts;
• Optimising insight into the various business processes. This will include the preparation, analysis and reporting of KPI's;
• Be a proactive business partner, understanding the key drivers of operational results and providing feedback to the commercial teams;
• Reporting on the different types of margins (realised vs performance, functional vs speculative);
• Act as a liaison for reporting between the business and the Cefetra Group;
• Participate in projects to support further (international) growth of the business;
• Support budgeting and cash flow forecasting and working capital optimisation;
• Set up, optimise and maintain Power BI dashboards;

Who are you

Most importantly, you need to be critical and analytical, but also pragmatic when necessary. To be successful at Cefetra Dairy, it is important to have a 'self-starter' mentality, to be open-minded and curious. Ideally:

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, business administration, accountancy or a related field;
• You are a strong communicator and enjoy working with people in an international environment;
• You're excellent at project management and have the confidence to champion new and improved ways of working;
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken;
• You are IT savvy with strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
