As Lead Commercial Product Manager you will be the driving force behind our commercial product strategy. You will lead a small team of commercial product managers and have the exciting opportunity to grow and expand this team as our business continues to scale.

You will work closely with two other Lead Product Managers (focused on strategic and technical aspects) to ensure our product portfolio stays innovative and aligned with customer needs. You make sure that our long-term vision and corresponding product roadmap are fully aligned with Quooker’s goals. You focus on the end user and translate customer needs into concrete product solutions with strong market positioning.

You will turn insights into compelling product propositions with a strong market position and create persuasive propositions and business cases that guide key decisions and fuel succes. From concept to long after launch, you will make sure new products hit the market smoothly and existing ones remain strong. Collaboration is key: you will work with Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain to guarantee seamless introductions and optimalizations that deliver real commercial impact.

Our current team of seventy R&D colleagues is dedicated to developing our innovative products. The department is divided into sub teams, including Product Management.

• Relevant completed Masters degree, for example in (Consumer) Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Economics or Industrial Design
• Commercial background with strong affinity for product innovation
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in product management within the consumer market
• You are self driven and you know what it takes to make change successful
• Work in the Netherlands at Headquarters in Ridderkerk (and 20% from home)
• Speak English fluently (and Dutch preferable)
