Requirements- HBO degree or higher in a relevant field (HR, Business, Psychology)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Proactive, well-organised, with strong attention to detail
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Experience working with an HRIS is strongly preferred
- Naturally build relationships and has the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment
- Experience in HR administration; knowledge of Dutch labour law and visa applications is a plus
- Willingness to take on additional tasks and support the team where needed
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS
- Handle HR administrative processes, including sick leave, benefits, and holidays
- Support employee mobility processes such as relocation, tax exemption applications, visa applications, and travel arrangements
- Assist with the preparation and analysis of HR reports
- Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide day-to-day administrative support
- Support HR projects, including onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Total package for the first year of EUR 50k, including base and variable pay, with opportunities to grow
