💻 What You’ll Do (360°)
- Business Development:Win new clients via phone, email, online meetings—and on-site visits.
- Talent Matchmaking:Source, qualify, and place top talent across Europe.
- Consulting:Be the go-to advisor for clients and candidates.
- Headhunting:Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, and creative sourcing to find hidden gems.
- Negotiate & Close:Drive offers to signature and celebrate the win.
- End-to-End Support:Guide candidates through every step of the process.
👀 What We’re Looking For
- Mindset:Driven, curious, resilient; excited to learn fast.
- Background:Experience in sales/recruitment is great, but not essential.
- Communication:Fluent German or Dutch + English (C1–C2); or native English plus B2B Sales or Recruitment experience.
- Location:Based in or around Amsterdam.
