Business Analyst (Power BI)

As a Business Analyst Power BI, you will support and improve the financial and operational performance of the organization through data analysis, reporting, and actionable insights. You will work within the Engineering department, translating complex data into clear visual stories that help stakeholders make informed decisions.

Your responsibilities:

• Translate business objectives into concrete questions and analyses in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support a data-driven organization by prioritizing, quantifying, and visualizing complex issues.
• Create, document, and maintain advanced operational and financial dashboards aligned with organizational needs.
• Turn business strategies into measurable KPIs and automate reporting processes for greater efficiency.
• Guide colleagues in using dashboards to make them an integral part of daily operations.

• HBO work and thinking level
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Power BI
