Product Analyst

We are building our in-house e-commerce platform which powers multiple digital sales channels and webshops, serving thousands of customers and generating a turnover of one billion euros per year. The core platform is stable and allows us to focus our attention on new product development.

The Product Analyst explores markets and user feedback for exciting feature opportunities. Assisting the product owner in shaping innovative features, creating user stories, and tracking product performance drives innovation. In this position, you will collaborate with a dynamic team and contribute to product roadmaps and release plans under the guidance of the Manager of Product Owners and Analysts.

Things that will keep you busy as our Product Analyst:

1. Conducting market research and deep-dives on user feedback to identify opportunities for feature improvements.
2. Supporting the product owner and development team in defining and prioritizing product features and user stories.
3. Assisting in creating clear, concise, and detailed user stories with the product team.
4. Analyzing data and metrics to track product performance and identify areas for improvement.
5. Collaborating with the product owner on the development of product roadmaps and release plans.
6. Working closely with other product owners, analysts, and reporting to the Manager of Product Owners and Analysts.

What will help you be successful in this role:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a technology focus, such as computer science.
2. Deep understanding of product domain and users.
3. Familiarity with user-centric hypothesis-based problem solving.
4. Deep knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau.
5. Basic programming skills to test initial hypotheses when supporting a technical product.
6. Experience with Agile teams.
7. Curiosity about business data and understanding customer insights.
