Store Manager (f/m/x)Your responsibilities:
- You will manage the store from a business perspective and lead the sales team to achieve the store's sales targets.
- As a fashion expert and representative of the Closed brand, you know the needs of our customers and offer high service and fashion advice.
- Lead, train and motivate your team, including onboarding new employees.
- Staff scheduling and vacation planning.
- Appealing presentation of the Closed collections on the sales floor.
- Carrying out operational tasks such as checkout procedures, inventory, deliveries, and visual merchandising.
Your profile:
- Several years of experience in retail, preferably in the textile industry.
- Professional experience as a store manager, branch manager, or a comparable position.
- Talent for leading and motivating a team.
- Distinct organizational talent.
- You constantly acquire the necessary merchandise knowledge and live the Closed brand.
- Fluent in Dutch and good English skills.
