As a data analyst, you dive into data gathered across digital platforms (websites, mobile apps, advertising channels, social networks, etc.) and translate data points into comprehensible stories about user experience and audiences.
You guide clients through the complex and ever-evolving digital data landscape, working with enterprise-level clients that often operate in an international context (think of BNP Paribas, D'Ieteren Auto, Johnson & Johnson, E.ON, De Lijn, VRT, etc.). Prepare yourself for challenging environments, where you will play a key role in optimizing the user experience for millions of visitors.
As a Data Analyst, you help the organizations of our clients make data-informed decisions by translating complex and often scattered information into clear recommendations.
You are a real problem-solver who will take ownership of your projects. You can work independently but possess the right communication skills to work effectively across multiple teams.
You are intrigued by how people behave online and are curious about the “why” behind your observations. You keep up with the latest developments in the digital marketing sphere and enjoy experimenting with new technologies or tools.
We do not have specific education requirements or years of experience, but we expect you to have a strong affinity for marketing and digital, and to be familiar with the practice of web analytics.

Minimum Requirements- Experience with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Snowplow, Piwik, etc.)
- Experience with tag management solutions (GTM, Launch, Tealium, etc.)
- Experience with data management platforms (Audience Studio, Audience Manager, etc.)
- Experience with customer data platforms (Tealium Audience Stream, Segment, AEP, Census, etc.)
- Experience with SQL, Python, etc.
- Experience with different reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.)
- Experience in public speaking and/or blogging
