Senior Product Manager - Structured Content

The Structured Content substream supports significant Miro use cases across the product development lifecycle, focusing specifically on areas where users want to move from unstructured to structured content and processes.

About the Role

Every day, many of our customers use Miro to support their agile practices: making work visible, running planning sessions and retrospectives, and tracking tasks. As a Senior Product Manager in the Structured Content substream, you’ll be part of a significant growth area for Miro, as we look to create transformative experiences for these customers that practice agile methodologies. You will define a vision and strategy for Miro’s support for key agile processes including roadmapping, big room planning, and team events such as backlog refinement and standups, to drive stickiness and increase the value of the Miro experience. You’ll be accountable for delivering an outstanding user experience for teams that practice agile methodologies. This role requires an excellent understanding of complex user flows, experience in crafting products for multiple audiences, and a passion for helping Miro’s users improve their own working processes.

What you’ll do

• Own the experience for key Agile personas (agile coaches, product managers, engineering managers and their teams).
• Own business outcomes for these experiences.
• Plan and implement product launches in partnership with the GTM team.

What you’ll need

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the productivity SaaS space, with a proven track record of achieving product success.
• Deep knowledge of agile project and task management tools such as Jira.
• Experience in complex products with multiple end user personas and their journeys.
• Experience in delivering integrations between software products.
• Keen interest in agile methodologies and how they are practiced both in technology companies and other organizations.
• Expertise and knowledge about how agile practices are applied at scale is a plus.
• Ability to make decisions based on data and user insights, strong customer empathy.
• Strong prioritization skills.
