As Cleanroom Assembly Team Leader, you are responsible for managing the cleanroom assembly department. You ensure that the right person is in the right place and that employees are properly supervised. You will work in a new, high-tech environment and contribute to the growth of the organization.

• Build and manage a team of approximately 20 cleanroom mechanics.
• Onboarding and training of new employees.
• Coach, motivate and develop employees.
• Ensure proper transfer of projects from engineering to production.
• Realize daily assembly schedule.
• Initiate and lead work meetings.
• Monitor workplace safety through compliance with health and safety and environmental guidelines.
• Optimize cleanroom assembly processes with focus on quality and delivery time.

• A gross monthly salary between €4000 and €5000, depending on your experience and skills.
