About the jobAs OT Security Lead EMEA, you will develop, support, and execute cyber security initiatives to protect Nouryon’s production locations in the EMEA region.
In your future role as OT Security Lead EMEA you will- Support, orchestrate, and train on-site engineers and cyber security representatives on applicable cyber security measures in all production sites located in the EMEA region.
- Build great relationships and partnerships with site engineers and other stakeholders.
- Drive remediation activities and projects.
- Write and provide input to technical cyber security standards for industrial control systems.
- Apply and coordinate adherence to Nouryon’s OT cyber security standard and other cyber security policies.
- Identify and report on current cyber security risks and evaluate the cyber security maturity level of production sites.
We believe you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, industrial automation or other related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience in cyber security related projects.
- Experience in OT systems architecture and design.
- Experience in performing OT risk assessments, threat assessments, and an understanding of OT vulnerabilities.
- Experience supporting and working with various IT and cyber security technologies.
- Strong strategic and tactical skills with ability to execute and follow through.
- The ability to drive continuous improvement of the processes, policies, standards.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Certifications in Vendor OT Cybersecurity Platforms.
- OT cyber security certifications such as GICSP, GIAC or GRID.
- Open to innovation, change and have the ability to work in a flexible work environment.
- A team player who will contribute to project team’s ability to reach maximum performance.
You will have the chance to work with various stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Our employment package comprises:
- A permanent contract with a probationary period of 2 months.
- A gross basic annual salary including holiday allowance based on your knowledge and experience between EUR 107,200 and EUR 134,000.

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, based in Amsterdam. You need to be willing to travel for the job when needed, on average 25% of the time, ranging from shorter trips of several days to longer periods.
