About the role:As Product Management Lead you and your team will play a critical role in shaping how we build, launch, and manage products across our organization. You have a key role in the management team to drive a customer-first product mindset and implement agile ways of working across teams. You are a passionate advocate for commercially viable and customer-driven product strategies.
Your mission is to foster a culture of trust and dialogue, helping the organization to understand the necessity of a spot‑on, well aligned roadmap. You will work closely with all our dedicated teams to strive for our projects for products that deliver market success and position the Product Management team as a respected and valued asset within Peblar.
You are in the middle of the triangle between Sales, Marketing, R&D and our strategy. Alongside this, you will ensure the seamless execution of our Go to Market Plans and work with Marketing to deliver ongoing value to the market.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead change initiatives to maximize collaboration between R&D (Technology Road map) and Commerce (Product Roadmap)
- Championing a customer-first culture across all departments, aligning product strategy with clear market needs
- Set and execute the overall product marketing strategy, ensuring continuous value delivery in line with our product values.
- Align marketing (communication) efforts and budgets with company goals to ensure successful adoption of (re)newed offerings.
- Drive future initiatives with the Technology Director, shaping a long-term company vision based on a robust technology roadmap and market research.
- Ensure timely and complete execution of the agreed go to market plans (hardware, software, service) together with his team.
- Support the management team to define clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making ownership using agile governance models (e.g., Product Owner responsibilities vs. Technical roles)
- Provide coaching and mentoring to product managers and cross-functional teams
