Rewards Specialist
Job DescriptionYour role:
- Contribution to the design of performance and rewards policies, processes and tools which will have a global impact;
- Contribution to global performance management and recognition practices, compensation & grading in strong collaboration with markets;
- Collect and analyze results from benchmarking partners, business requirements and market developments;
- Work closely with stakeholders such as Market Rewards, HRBP/HRMs, TA, PPS and Managers.
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor/Master degree;
- At least 7-10 years in the role in Rewards function;
- Excellent analytical skills (advanced knowledge of Excel);
- Project and Stakeholder Management experience;
- Knowledge of benchmarking, policy development preferred;
- Good business acumen.
